-
Design end-to-end system flows and solution architecture
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and delivery SLAs
-
Improve monitoring, observability and operational resilience
-
Provide production support (light on-call - paid) and drive continuous improvement

Highly regarded

Experience with .NET
-
Cloud experience (Azure)
-
Experience integrating communications platforms with print vendors / physical output workflows
-
Exposure to solution design and integration architecture
-
Experience with orchestration or operational tooling (e.g. Press Connect, Retool or similar)
This is for someone who treats customer communications as a mission-critical production platform, where reliability, scale and compliance matter.
