About the role

We’re partnering with a well-established enterprise organisation undergoing a major cloud and security transformation, and they’re looking for a Senior Azure Security Engineer to join their growing infrastructure security team.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role sitting at the intersection of:

• Azure cloud infrastructure

• Security operations

• Monitoring & observability

• Modern cyber tooling

• Vulnerability management

• SaaS security

The environment has already moved significantly into cloud and SaaS platforms - now they need someone who can help refine, strengthen and evolve the operational security capability across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Securing and optimising Azure and SaaS cloud environments

• Monitoring threats, vulnerabilities and operational security risks

• Managing and improving cloud security tooling and controls

• Supporting monitoring, observability and operational resilience initiatives

• Working closely with infrastructure, applications and service teams

• Providing recommendations and guidance on cloud security improvements

• Helping uplift operational security maturity across the environment
