About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be part of the product engineering team responsible for building, maintaining, and running applications and systems that support customers and stakeholders. You’ll design, develop, test, and support high-quality applications across multiple platforms, while helping modernise the application landscape and uplifting capability across the team.

This role will see you collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver robust, user-centred solutions. You’ll also act as a Subject Matter Expert in your domain, mentoring others and helping to set best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business value through high-quality, user-focused solutions

  • Analyse, design, code, refactor, and unit test applications across multiple platforms

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective, end-to-end solutions

  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and system design

  • Contribute to the evolution of architecture, frameworks, and engineering standards

  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to uplift engineering capability

  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, and production support when required

Requirements

  • Solid experience designing and building systems with .NET Core / C#

  • Strong front-end experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Knowledge of persistence technologies (SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis, NoSQL)

  • Exposure to multiple architectures: monolithic, distributed, microservices, serverless, cloud-native

  • Practical experience with AWS (preferred) and containerisation

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, SOLID principles, OOP, and design patterns

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy)

  • Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Splunk, NewRelic)

  • Agile product team experience, with exposure to TDD, pair programming, and application security best practices
