ABOUT THE ROLE

We're working with a leading insurance organisation looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their consumer-facing team.

​

 

You'll be working across customer journeys and digital initiatives, thinking end-to-end for both external customers and internal operations teams, leading discovery, shaping backlogs and helping product owners drive prioritisation and delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong digital BA credentials

  • Insurance experience is highly regarded, ideally home and motor or consumer-facing products

  • End-to-end BA, someone who owns delivery from business case and discovery through to go-live

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping product owners see what needs to be done

  • Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and technical audiences

  • Hands-on agile delivery experience including ceremonies, backlog management and prioritisation in practice, not just in theory

  • Guidewire or similar PAS experience is a plus
