About the role

We’re partnering with a major infrastructure organisation to recruit a pragmatic, delivery-focused Junior Change Manager to support a portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives.

They’re looking for someone practical, adaptable and highly organised — someone who knows how to bring people together, coordinate moving parts, and drive execution in complex operational environments.

​

You’ll initially work across a high-profile workforce systems uplift impacting payroll and timesheet processes across the organisation, before moving onto broader customer and technology-focused initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering change plans across multiple projects

• Coordinating communications, readiness and stakeholder activities

• Driving engagement and adoption across business teams

• Managing logistics, dependencies and change execution activities

• Working closely with project teams, operational stakeholders and leadership

• Supporting go-live readiness and embedding activities

What they’re looking for

• Experience delivering change across multiple projects

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability

• A practical, execution-focused mindset

• Someone comfortable “herding cats” and coordinating across multiple teams

• Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt approach depending on the audience

Ideal backgrounds could include

• Senior Change Analyst stepping into a Change Manager role

• 2-3 years in a Change-focused role, preceded by experience in business operations style roles

• Relevant industry experience includes utilities or any field-service based organisation or operationally complex environments
