About the role
​

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be part of the product engineering team responsible for building, maintaining, and running applications and systems that support customers and stakeholders. You’ll design, develop, test, and support high-quality applications across multiple platforms, while contributing to the ongoing modernisation of the application landscape and uplift of engineering capability.

 

This role will see you collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver robust, user-centred solutions, while continuing to develop your technical skills and experience within a modern product engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business value through high-quality, user-focused solutions

  • Analyse, design, code, refactor, and unit test applications across multiple platforms

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to deliver effective, end-to-end solutions

  • Apply best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and system design

  • Contribute to the evolution of architecture, frameworks, and engineering standards

  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, and production support when required

Qualifications

  • Solid experience designing and building systems with C#/.Net

  • Strong front-end experience with modern frameworks (React) and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Knowledge of persistence technologies (SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis, NoSQL)

  • Exposure to multiple architectures including monolithic, distributed, microservices and cloud-native

  • Practical experience with AWS and containerisation

  • Good understanding of SDLC, SOLID principles, OOP, and common design patterns

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy)

  • Familiarity with observability tools such as DataDog, Splunk or NewRelic

  • Agile product team experience, with exposure to TDD, pair programming, and application security best practices

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

  • Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (sponsorship not available)
