Join a newly formed team within this forward-thinking energy business as a Digital Asset Risk and Performance Manager. In this strategic role, you’ll lead the development of innovative maintenance strategies and predictive risk models to improve the reliability, safety, and performance of critical energy infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity to take the FMECA risk model framework to the next level, we are looking for someone who will bring innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. Someone who can intertwine data, AI and other digital tools to really elevate how our client is assessing risk and responding to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement asset risk models using FMECA, data analytics, and AI

  • Build predictive maintenance strategies across energy infrastructure (e.g., poles, substations)

  • Use advanced modelling to assess asset health and failure risks

  • Work closely with design engineers and field operations to align digital models with real-world asset conditions

  • Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a Schneider-based asset management system

  • Support the shift from traditional approaches to more agile, data-driven asset management

  • Influence long-term planning and asset investment decisions through strategic insights

Requirements
  • Background in electrical or power engineering, with hands-on industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of asset risk modelling and maintenance planning

  • Experience with FMECA methodology, ideally combined with analytics or AI-driven approaches

  • Familiarity with asset management systems

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, operations, and technical stakeholders
    Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct people leadership

  • Previous experience in utilities or energy sector strongly preferred
