Join this innovative energy organisation as a Digital Asset Manager, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business governs and manages its physical infrastructure using digital systems. Sitting within the operations division, this strategic role focuses on embedding data governance, driving capability uplift, and aligning systems and processes for better long-term asset decision-making.

The right person for this role will operate at the forefront of innovation. You will know and understand how assets are designed and built for an energy company. But you will also be across technical advancements such as data or AI to really elevate your strategy around digital asset management. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver digital asset strategies aligned to business and operational needs

  • Lead the development and implementation of asset data governance frameworks

  • Embed toolsets and digital systems to enhance asset lifecycle visibility and decision-making

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, finance, design, and field operations to align processes

  • Build a connected picture of how systems, tools, and processes interact across the asset ecosystem

  • Act as the key contact for asset data integrity, quality, and architecture

  • Champion a strategic, enterprise-wide view of asset management using innovative thinking

  • Bring digital capabilities utilising data, insights, analytics and even AI

Requirements
  • Experience in asset-heavy industries (utilities, energy, or construction preferred)

  • Proven leadership in digital transformation, data governance, or enterprise asset management

  • Strong understanding of how physical assets are designed, maintained, and operated

  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across operational and corporate teams

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience defining system architecture and process improvement initiatives within asset management

  • Knowledge of DNSP or regulated environments highly desirable
