  • your CV, work history, qualifications, referee details and professional memberships;

  • information obtained during interviews or assessments;

  • information from third parties such as referees, previous employers, or recruitment platforms (where you have provided their details or where it is reasonable to do so); and

  • where relevant to the role, information for background or eligibility checks (e.g. right-to-work status, working with children checks, or other checks required for the specific position).

  • connect you with our clients seeking candidates;

  • provide career advice and recruitment consulting services;

  • manage our ongoing relationship with you as a candidate; and

Providing this information is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to assess you for roles or progress your application.

  • our clients, where relevant to a role you are being considered for;

  • background-check or screening providers, where relevant to a role;

  • our related and affiliated companies; and

  • third-party service providers who support our recruitment systems and operations (e.g. IT and database providers).
