Senior Product Manager – CRM & Marketing Automation (Connect Team)


📍 Sydney or Melbourne based - Remote first/1-day per week in office | 💼 Full Time

Help redefine the guest experience in hospitality.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of Connect, their CRM and marketing automation product that complements our core platform. Connect empowers hospitality businesses to build meaningful relationships with their guests—through smarter data, timely follow-ups, and seamless email/SMS marketing.

This is a critical role in the Connect team, reporting into the Director of Product and working alongside a dedicated cross-functional squad.

Connect isn’t your typical Salesforce or HubSpot—this is a purpose-built tool for hospitality businesses to manage guest relationships and automate marketing outreach. Think email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer engagement flows built from a deep understanding of the guest experience.

This role is not about building the next big CRM—it's about refining and expanding a high-impact tool that solves real problems for real businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Connect

  • Dive deep into email deliverability, IP reputation, Industry trends and marketing performance

  • Work closely with a small, nimble engineering team (4–6 people)

  • Identify and solve delivery issues (why emails bounce, IP issues, etc.)

  • Balance innovation with technical problem solving

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across design, data, support, and engineering

  • Strong product management experience (Senior level)

  • Deep domain expertise in CRM and Email marketing automation

  • Deep knowledge of e mail marketing

  • Experience with email sending infrastructure and related challenges (e.g., bounce rates, IP reputation, deliverability)

  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and prioritise effectively

  • Confidently navigating technical topics in partnership with engineers

  • Comfortable with fast-paced, startup-style environments

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is required.

  • Good understanding of the technical architecture of a modern B2B CRM and data platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders, and driving decision-making.

  • Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills, with a talent for using data to analyse and improve product metrics.

  • Comfortable reasoning in a complex and fragmented market environment, in which we are players, competitors, competitors and partners.
