They believe in growing their team by nurturing talented juniors up through the ranks, and they currently have an opening for a Senior Data Engineer to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Data Engineering, and supported by a team of experienced Data Engineers, you will work with cutting-edge technology and tools to utilise data gained from high value offline interactions with customers going through the call centre.You will help the company use this data to improve their customer experience and maximise the ROI of their marketing through more targeted social media advertising.

​This company operates a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week (Mon-Weds) in their office, which is 15 mins from Parramatta. The area is well serviced by public transport - bus, metro and train.
This role will suit you IF:

You have a relevant Tertiary qualification

You have 5+ of professional experience in a Data Engineering role

You have experience building pipelines, working with SQL, working with scripting & programming languages such as Python
-
Interest or experience in working in a cloud environment

You have a natural aptitude for maths and statistics (there is a test that forms part of the recruitment process)

You have great communications skills, suited to dealing with a variety of stakeholders

Big Query experience would be a bonus

You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
