Senior Change Analyst

This is an exciting & innovative program of work designed to completely overhaul the way this company does business, shift their culture, and set the bar higher for their customer and employee experience. This high profile piece of work is addressing key customer and employee pain points in new and exciting ways, including virtually and digitally, harnessing new ways of working and engaging.  

 

Having had a roaring success delivering phase 1 of the program, they are now launching into the exciting 2nd phase of product development, creating a digital adoption platform and mobile application to further enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving and developing change impact analysis 

  • Working with key stakeholders to identify and document the current and future state across process, technology, operating model, behaviours and culture 

  • Developing presentation material and helping facilitate showcases and roadshows

  • Coordinating change management activities

  • Assessing the readiness of the business for change and success of change management efforts 

  • Contributing to building enterprise change maturity and capability 

  • Working with the Communications Lead to develop communications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of similar experience in a change management role  

  • Experience with large scale digital transformations 

  • Ideally experience within an industrial or utilities organisation 

  • Demonstrated high level communication & digital experience including Sharepoint & Canva 

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and deal with competing/changing priorities

  • Ability to handle challenging situations and stakeholders
