
This role sits within Group Risk & Compliance, supporting a 3-year global Risk Transformation program spanning Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Reporting, Data & AI, and Business Process Improvement.
We’re hiring a senior, autonomous Business Change leader to drive adoption, capability uplift, and consistency across a complex, multi-regional risk environment. This is not a deliver-the-deck change role — it’s relationship-led, pragmatic, and focused on embedding real ways of working across regions with very different change maturity.
What this role is really about

Leading business change and capability uplift across Group Risk

Designing and embedding global Centres of Excellence (CoEs)

Establishing consistent ways of working and removing duplication across regions

Partnering closely with senior risk leaders and executive sponsors

Guiding, influencing, facilitating, and constructively challenging stakeholders

Driving adoption through strong relationships, not documentation alone

Coordinating complex global workshops across multiple time zones

Owning change and adoption for system initiatives, with BA and PM support in place

What they’re looking for

Senior-level Business Change leader

Global or multi-regional experience (essential)

Experience in large, complex corporate environments

Risk, compliance, financial services, or insurance experience strongly preferred

Prosci experience preferred (ADKAR acceptable)

Calm, credible, and confident working with senior executives
