Join this growing Data Services team as a Senior Data Engineer, leading data
migration projects and delivering high-quality data products on a modernised cloud-based data analytics platform. You'll play a crucial role in designing and expanding data architecture, using cutting-edge technologies like Azure and Databricks.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead data migration projects and drive strategic development of the data foundation

  • Validate, standardise, and analyse data to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Expand data platform capabilities by integrating new data sources

  • Design and develop scalable data engineering assets and feature engineering frameworks

  • Code, test, and document data models and ETL tools for robust data assets

  • Implement process improvements, automation, and infrastructure optimisations

  • Build data pipelines for faster, data-informed decision-making

  • Develop ETL solutions using Python, Databricks, Spark, and Azure

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data engineering, solution design, and delivery

  • Proficiency in cloud data analytics technologies: Databricks, Azure ADF

  • Strong skills in MS Stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, SQL)

  • Familiarity with MongoDB, graph databases, and programming languages (R,Python, Spark ETL SQL VStudio)

  • Leadership experience managing data expert teams

  • Agile mindset and ability to work independently

  • Strong understanding of the data management lifecycle and data quality management
