
We’re hiring a senior Recruitment Consultant to join an experienced, values-led recruitment team specialising in technology and transformation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys proper partnering, intelligent conversations, and placing people into roles that actually matter.
Key Responsibilities

Partnering with clients across technology & transformation (specialising in a core area such as data, cyber, change, AI, engineering, etc.)

Running end-to-end recruitment across permanent, fixed-term and contract roles

Building trusted relationships with candidates

Managing live roles, pipelines and stakeholders

Contributing ideas, market insight and energy
Qualifications

Recruitment agency experience with a solid track record in both business development and candidate delivery

Strong communication skills — written, verbal, stakeholder-to-stakeholder

Commercial smarts and a relationship-led mindset

Comfortable working autonomously, but enjoys being part of a smart, supportive team
