in South-East Asia.
Located in Macquarie Park, this unique role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Salesforce expert and Product Owner. The chosen candidate will serve as a key advisor to the
business product owner, translating business objectives and user requirements into a prioritized
backlog of features and user stories. This will require a thorough understanding of project
management methodologies, particularly Agile principles. The role involves providing strategic and
operational leadership for a portfolio of products, fostering collaboration among cross-functional
teams to deliver high-quality products that align with the company’s strategic vision and exceed
customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for strategic releases.

  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring timely upgrades and system integration.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enhancements to achieve operational excellence.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure seamless transitions for new systems.

  • Prioritise the backlog, maintain vendor communications, and drive Agile improvements.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, influence, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

  • Previous experience in Salesforce implementation (preferred).

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role supporting customer-centric products.

  • Salesforce Trailblazer certification (preferred).

  • Track record of successfully delivering high-quality products within deadlines.

  • Profound knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, especially Agile frameworks.

  • Proven leadership experience in a dynamic project environment.
