We're looking for a Principal Engineer to manage the Staff Engineering team, drive innovation, modernise systems, and lead the transition to a cutting-edge, cloud-native platform. This newly created role will form a vital member of the product engineering leadership team, reporting into the Head of Engineering and spearheading technical transformation within the organisation.
