We’re looking for a Change Manager who knows how to shift mindsets, embed behaviour change, and make leadership programs genuinely stick. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill change gig. You’ll be right at the heart of a multi-year, enterprise-wide uplift! 

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit within a cross-functional, Agile team and work collaboratively with HR, program leads, business stakeholders, and functional owners to ensure the leadership uplift lands effectively across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and executing change strategies tailored to diverse global teams.
     

  • Building strong relationships across the business to drive adoption and momentum.
     

  • Creating change artefacts, comms, engagement activities and learning materials that actually resonate (not just fill a SharePoint folder).
     

  • Identifying and enabling key influencers and senior leaders to champion new ways of leading.
     

  • Supporting readiness assessments, impact analysis, and sequencing of rollout activities.
     

  • Bringing a deeply human-centred lens to every part of the leadership experience.

Requirements

You’re someone who thrives in complexity. You’ve shaped and implemented enterprise leadership or behaviour-change programs before on a global scale, and you understand the craft behind influencing senior stakeholders in federated structures.

 

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience delivering change within leadership, culture, or capability uplift programs

  • Previous experience delivering change in a complex, multi-region, global program 

  • A knack for turning strategy into engaging, experience-led adoption plans.

  • A proven ability to coach senior stakeholders, navigate resistance and build clarity.

  • Exceptional communication skills—whether it’s storytelling, workshops, or crisp written comms.

  • A mindset that blends curiosity, pragmatism, and a human-centred approach.

  • The flexibility to work across global time zones from time to time.
