With multiple Engineering Manager roles available, each presents a unique challenge and the chance to lead transformative product teams. One standout role offers the rare opportunity to act as a sudo CTO, leading the launch of an entirely new product—a clean slate, free of technical debt, like a start-up within a scale-up. All of these roles are hands-on technical, so we are looking for EM's who are happy being hands on with solution design and engaged with the engineers on code reviews etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Architect for the Future: Define the technical roadmap, contribute to architectural decisions, and build systems that are robust, scalable, and well-tested.

• Drive Delivery: Plan and execute cross-functional projects while ensuring software meets high engineering quality standards, including security and monitoring.

• Nurture Talent: Own career development, conduct 1:1s, and foster a culture of high performance and inclusivity within your team.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with product, design, and other business units to drive the success of your stream and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire without direct authority.

• Expertise in designing and delivering scalable, anti-fragile systems with a strong focus on quality.

• A passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and driving a positive culture.

• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between product and engineering while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term system stability and maintainability.
