digital experiences that make a real impact, and they are seeking a Digital
Project Manager to join their dynamic team and drive the successful
execution of their projects.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the team,
reporting to the Technical Lead and working closely with the Head of
Technology. Your role will involve creating and managing multimedia and
interactive media concepts and projects, end-to-end website builds, custom
application development and more. You will be the driving force behind
projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and on time. You will
serve as the go-to expert for both clients and the internal team, possessing
an in-depth understanding of project details and requirements.

Responsibilities:

Accurately scope and define digital and software development projects, including project requirements and success metrics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery on time and to the brief.

Translate complex technical ideas into simple, understandable concepts for both clients and internal team members.

Lead the project management and delivery of the no-code project(SaaS), including ongoing platform development, documentation, and training.

Assist in developing and maintaining an ongoing roadmap for the no-code platform.

Create and manage digital training, user guides, video tutorials, and support materials for inclusion in the no-code platform.

Translate logical planning into clear project plans, schedules, anddocuments.

Ensure a high level of quality assurance for all internal and externalprojects.

Maintain documentation for all internal and external projects.

Serve as the main client interface on tech projects, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Utilise tools like the Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and other agencyprograms effectively.

Possess a working knowledge of CMS and Marketing Automationplatforms, including Adobe, Salesforce, and more.

Manage all projects within scope, timeline, and budgets.

Stay up-to-date with digital development technologies and maintainexpertise in quality assurance processes.

Project manage eDM campaign production.
-
Complete daily timesheets in Workbook.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or related field.

Recent experience in an agency environment
-
Experience with big web builds, technical product builds and custom applications

In-depth technical documentation experience

Certifications or hands-on experience with agile or other project management methodologies.

Experience with content management systems and marketing automation
-
Familiarity with campaign platforms like Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Teams, Confluence, and more.
-
Dev/technical background would be advantageous but not necessary
