Change Manager

About this role:

As a Change Manager you will be working on strategic initiatives in risk & compliance within a global financial services organisation. This is an initial 12 month contract with a high likelihood to extend and flexible hybrid working arrangements. 

Responsibilities:
  • Execute existing change and communication plans 

  • Extensive stakeholder engagement with stakeholders globally based across APAC, the Americas, and APAC

  • Driving, managing and delivering content, policy and process changes

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a dedicated Change Manager within a complex global organisation 

  • Experience in building change and implementing frameworks from the bottom up

  • Extensive experience across embedding change and process improvement 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to take the business on a journey with empathy but focussed on a delivery outcome 

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Change Management certified (Prosci or Adkar)
