Stephanie is a dual US/Australian citizen and has been in the recruitment industry since 2010. She was employee number two at Interface, joining Sophia in 2017 as Candidate Services Manager. She
is driven by her passion for uncovering the best talent and matching them to the right role. She is responsible for ensuring that our candidates have a great experience at every touchpoint of the process, and they are guided and coached to fulfill their potential.

Angie started her career in Marketing in Ireland before moving to Australia in 2007 and starting her Australian recruitment career. Driven by her dedication to driving excellent client experience, Angie
joined Interface in 2021 as Client Services Manager. She is passionate about helping her clients build diverse and inclusive tech & transformation teams, so she volunteers for not-for-profits dedicated to D&I such as Jobs for Humanity and Girls in Tech.

A former Engineer turned Tech Recruiter, Kaus has been in the recruitment industry since 2019. A strong advocate for diversity & inclusion, Kaus enjoys networking and meeting new people, so don’t be a stranger when you see him around town at various industry events!
Building on his flair for building relationships, recently Kaus took the leap from the candidate experience team across to client services, where he is excelling at partnering with clients to exceed their expectations.

After many years in the trade industry as an electrician, Chad decided to make a career shift to the sales and recruitment sector in 2019 to pursue his passion for building relationships and assisting individuals in finding new career opportunities. Chad is a member of the Interface Client Services team, focusing on what he loves most: nurturing relationships and collaborating with new clients to surpass their expectations. Chad is an avid sports enthusiast, with his love for the Parramatta Eels being above all others.

After emigrating from the UK in 2019, David career shifted into recruitment in 2021, specialsing in all things Data. He found Interface Agency in 2022 from his desire to work more closely with candidates
and provide an elevated candidate experience. He now focuses on a range of technology roles whilst also specialising in data. Outside work, David loves nothing more than watching his favourite NRL
team Penrith Panthers win all the premierships!

Lorna emigrated to Sydney from the UK over 15 years ago and now enters the recruitment industry having gained over 20 years’ work experience in administration, and office and facilities management in the public sector, construction, technology, and banking sectors.

She has a high attention to detail and is well-versed with streamlining processes to assist with business improvement. Lorna will be assisting the Interface Agency team and working to ensure the smooth running of operations.

​

In her spare time, Lorna loves catching up with friends, live music, pilates, coastal walks, cooking, reading, and weekend getaways.
